The Informal Get-Together will take place on Sunday, June 23, at 8 pm at the ''Margarito'' restaurant. Vegetarian and vegan options will be available in the menu.

Notice that this dinner will not be covered by the workshop registration fee, so attendees will need to pay for their own dinner. If you are attending, please send an email to minres@bcamath.org to confirm your assistance. 

All the Lunches will take place at ''Clandestino'' restaurant every day from 1pm to 2:30pm. The restaurant offers the same three menus each day: ordinary, vegetarian, and vegan. In order to speed up the service, please, fill out the following form with your menu option and course selection for each lunch: Menu selection form.

The official Welcome Reception will take place on Monday, June 24, at 6:15 pm. Attendees will enjoy a pintxos-style cocktail reception at ''Rockade'' bar.

The Conference Dinner will take place on Wednesday, June 26, at 8pm at the ''Bascook'' restaurant. It will consist of a tasting menu to showcase the best Basque cuisine products.

There are two menus (PDFs attached below): 

• GATZ: This menu is adaptable to dietary preferences/restrictions (except vegetarians and vegans). 

• GREEN: This menu is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Apart from the dishes in the pdf there will be an extra course (pea protein with fig chutney and coriander mayonnaise). 

We will have a Sailing Excursion on Thursday, June 27, after lunch. It will consist of a 2-hour private cruise on the Nervion River from Bilbao's downtown to the coast, crossing the Bizkaia "Hanging" Bridge, and back. We will meet at the deck at 3:50 pm, which is located next to the Town Hall bridge, in Pío Baroja Square. The boat will leave at 4 pm. There will be a bar service but beverages are not covered.
